Pontus Petterssons (SE), born 1983, is a choreographer, dancer and artist. His work ranges from fortune telling, cat practicing, writing poetry to dancing, playing and questions the notions of choreography and dance as two singular entities yet closely entangled. It is a love for dancing with a particular interest in made and found objects that create choreographies in between subject and object, spectator and performer.

His latest work includes the choreographic installation Bodies of Water at Tensta konsthall, and his poetic performance The wind escorts the sky at Weld, where Pontus is a recurring artist. He is the curator of the festival My Wild Flag together with Karina Sarkissova, and has a masters in choreography from DOCH, and one in visual arts from Konstfack. As a dancer he has worked for choreographers like Deborah Hay, Mårten Spångberg, Ohad Naharin Cristina Caprioli, Stina Nyberg and Mette Ingvartsen.
